The views are stunning, especially from the rooftop. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends or family and catch a beautiful sunset.

The area around is peaceful and quiet, perfect if you’re looking to unwind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely a must-try.

Ganesh, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. His hospitality really made the stay feel extra welcoming.

The owners stay in the same building, but they never interfere and give you complete privacy throughout your stay.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. A total hidden gem.

... read more /> The place is spacious, aesthetically pleasing and well planned. The house, including the kitchen, is very well equipped. Good quality, spotless linen and towels were provided and the house was cleaned regularly and efficiently by the house help.

The place has good views from a large terrace and a covered sit-out in the balcony. There are good walks to see nature and birds nearby.

Sonika and Lalit are very responsive and warm hosts. They made sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. Sonika cooks finger-licking delicious food, which is served piping hot. I have some food restrictions (no spices etc) and Sonika gave us tasty food while taking care of the restrictions. Lalit was helpful with local recommendations and travel planning.

This is a place that we strongly recommend.

I had Bonfire nights which were the main higlights of the stay and imagine having bonfire night under a quite reasonable amount reflects the pure intention of lovely Hosting intead of just doing business.

Host was really polite and Humble and we had a warm welcome as well by them. The staff members were also quite professional and always went extra miles to make our experience flawless.

I wish to visit the Pinetree Villa again, I highly recommend everyone to visit pinetree if you want the luxury of Amazing View, porsh location, and most importantly peace.

Many local shops nearby are available,we stayed there for almost 5 days and never faced a single issue and only because of the exceptional Hosting of Lalit.

However, the lack of hospitality from Lalit Ji and his staff was disappointing. We didn’t feel the least bit welcomed. Only the cleaning staff greeted us with warm smiles and a friendly "hello." The worst part was the total lack of privacy – the staff didn't care about knocking the door before entering the apartment. The chair was broken and the mattress was rather hard

Special shout-out to Ganesh (Caretaker) who was on his toes when it comes to catering us. He provided us with everything required and made sure our stay is as comfortable as it can be and he personally comes to your place regularly to check if you need anything. He had his off on Sunday and we needed to do Bonefire and he came back from his home to help us with it.

I would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

The house and the surrounding area is very beautiful, better than the pictures. The staff including the caretaker and cleaning staff are very friendly and cooperative and go above and beyond to help and provide anything required. As for the property itself, I highly recommend it. As someone from Bangalore who cherishes peace and nature, I found this cozy and well-planned abode to be perfect. The property is equipped with all necessary amenities, including room heaters, geysers, power backup, and more.

The standout feature, however, is the breathtaking terrace. You can spend hours basking in the serene atmosphere, taking in the stunning views, and enjoying the cool breeze.

I have only praise for this property, which is why I firmly believe it deserves the highest rating. I've never been more enthusiastic and appreciative about a property before. 😊😊

Only issue we faced was with the location which I found to be in interior and away from Mall Road but it’s normal for people who stay in hills.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Shimla. We can't wait to come back!
